Raised in Westport and Cheshire, Connecticut, Sven Andersen is proud to call New England home. As a young man, he quickly developed a passion for homes by assisting his father with various housing projects. Sven went on to graduate from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts with a degree in marketing and management. After college, he spent 10 years in the tech sector selling Information Technology products and services for a Value Added Reseller (VAR) and then on to selling internet security technology services for an international Company. This experience helped Sven create the consultative system and tools he and his team use to help clients today. Armed with a strong business background in marketing, a passion for technology and an understanding of homes and their construction, Sven has the knowledge to be creative in how he markets properties for his clients.
Sven’s level of professionalism and local area knowledge sets him apart. Creating a consistent process for every transaction and keeping clients informed throughout that process has proven effective in accomplishing the clients’ goal of buying a home or selling a home no matter what the circumstance.
Sven’s goal for Andersen Group Realty is to grow by consistently providing the level of service he demands himself as a consumer. He wants all his clients to become raving fans. If he doesn’t receive 5-10 recommendations from every client he serves or assists, then he doesn’t feel he is doing his job. The most rewarding part about his job is when a client thanks him for his assistance before, during and after their transaction.
Aside from his booming success in the New England Real Estate Market, Sven is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife Christina and their daughters, Karissa, Brooke and Paige. Sven loves hitting the slopes with his family. He is also an avid tennis, golf, and ping pong player.
