There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Emily Montanaro and her entire team at Andersen Group Realty. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and were very overwhelmed by the home buying process and all it entailed. Emily held our hands and guided us every step of the way. From our first phone call with her, I knew we were in great hands. She helped us narrow down exactly what we want in a house and did everything in her power to ensure we found the perfect one. Sven and his team were fantastic! We decided to sell our house kind of spur-of-the-moment and Sven made it happen within three weeks. He helped us with every aspect of our home sale from getting the house ready to the timing of open houses. As we got the house ready for buyers, Sven had services available immediately when we needed them. This meant we didn't have to go out and find painters and movers and stagers, he had them all on speed dial. He also did a great job marketing the house (the video and photos were exceptional), he advised us well during the negotiation process, and we sold our house within 10 days once it hit the market. Where to begin. Sean Loughran represented us in our first home buying experience and we couldn't be happier. We had put in multiple offers on different properties and Sean was there for us every step of the way. Working late into the night and writing offers to make sure that we got the home that we have always dreamed of. Not only did we get great representation from him as our agent, but their team worked tirelessly on the back end to make sure we got to the closing table with ease.
