I recently sold my parents’ condo with the help of Andersen Group Realty. My dad recently passed and trying to get all of his affairs in order, while living out of state, was a challenge, as you can imagine. I had met with a number of brokers during one of my trips back home, and out of all of them, Sven and his team stood out. They took care of EVERYTHING from removing unwanted furniture, to painting and doing some minor rehab work, to cleaning and staging it, to arranging for smoke and CO inspection, and 100 other small tasks. Once I handed them the keys, that was it! I didn’t need to return to handle anything. He helped us with every aspect of our home sale from getting the house ready to the timing of open houses.
